Ordering & Delivery

When you have placed your order you will be sent an email confirming details, including a list of all products purchased and the total amount charged to your card. Please keep a copy of this email receipt for your records – we are required to ask you to print it, whether you do so or choose to conserve resources by keeping a secure electronic copy instead is entirely a matter for you. Any orders returned for refund should be accompanied by this receipt. Your card will be debited immediately, the order will then be despatched as quickly as possible. Please allow 7 - 10 days for bread & cakes.

All transactions are in GB pounds sterling, abbreviated GBP or just £, and include any applicable VAT.

Transaction Security

All transactions are treated in strictest confidence and secured by full-strength 128 bit SSL security; our Privacy Policy explains why we take your security so seriously.

You will be asked for a three-digit card security code when you enter your card details. This code can be found on the reverse of your card, on the signature strip. Use of this code helps us ensure maximum security for your transaction.

Refunds 

At Penrhos we take great care to bring you the very best organic and ecological products we can find. Nonetheless, if you change your mind about your order, or for any reason you are not fully satisfied with what you have bought, then we'll be happy to refund you. Please contact us and return the products within 14 days for a full refund.
