This 5-tray Excalibur dehydrator with timer has the fan, heating element, and adjustable thermostat mounted in the rear for even drying. Cool air is drawn in the back, heated and distributed evenly across each tray. During the dehydration process, warm air removes moisture from foods and is pushed out of the front of the machine.

The adjustable thermostat controls temperatures from 29-63 degrees C (85-145 degrees F) and allows for perfect drying every time.

The five polycarbonate drying trays slide easily in and out of the dehydrator and are dishwasher safe. One or more trays can be removed to allow room for larger items like sprout breads or whole fruits. The Excalibur is easy to clean with spills falling on a seamless base.
